ESG Urban Track
ESG Urban Track is a tool that aims to support urban regeneration actors in assessing the ESG compliance of urban regeneration projects at each stage of the project development process (Planning, Construction, Operations&Maintenance, End of Life), considering a range of ESG criteria and indicators.
The assessment delivers as final results an overall ESG score of the urban regeneration project, and a score for each ESG dimension.
- Project planners and designers
- Project developers
- Asset managers
- Investors and financial institutions
The tool is currently under testing and development on a set of pilot projects. If you are interested in testing it on your projects, please contact the SUR Lab team at the following address:

The ESG Urban Track has been developed by the Sustainable Urban Regeneration Lab of Bocconi University within the MUSA Project, Spoke 1 - Urban regeneration. MUSA is financed by the Italian Ministry for University and Research (MUR) in the framework of the NPRR. MUSA - Spoke 1 is characterized by an integrated approach that allows considering different dimensions of urban regeneration: natural environment, circularity, energy systems and sustainable mobility.
