Third Masterclass "Public-private partnership models for urban regeneration"

On June 10th 2024, the third Masterclass “Public-private partnership models for urban regeneration” took place at Bocconi University. The Masterclass provided a detailed overview of cooperative models between public and private actors in urban regeneration. Through a multidisciplinary approach, the Masterclass presented the benefits generated for different stakeholders and the existing partnership models, examining their characteristics, advantages and critical issues, also considering the recently approved Italian Procurement Code. Case studies of successful public-private partnerships in urban regeneration projects in Italy were presented. The third Masterclass prompted a vivid discussion on the topic with the experts:
