Second Masterclass “Creating value through urban planning instruments and policies”

On June 3rd 2024, the second Masterclass “Creating value through urban planning instruments and policies” took place at Bocconi University. The Masterclass provided an overview of the role and relevance of urban planning instruments in tackling the climate crisis and boosting sustainability. Through the Masterclass, participants were informed on the evolution and current state of urban planning legislation and how it can be used to generate and share value for local communities. During the masterclass, exemplary case studies and examples were presented. The second Masterclass saw a lively participation of the audience engaging with the experts:

  • Edoardo Croci, SUR Lab Director, Bocconi University
  • Emanuele Boscolo, President of the Italian Association of Urban Planning Law (AIDU)
  • Maria Beatrice Andreucci, Associate Professor, Sapienza University of Rome
  • Andy Bow, Senior Partner, Foster+Partners

The Masterclass series has been organised by Bocconi University, with GBC Italy's support, and it is part of MUSA project - Spoke 1.

The next Masterclass will be held on Monday 10th of June at Bocconi University. Participation is free and subject to registration.
