Fourth Masterclass "Design carbon-neutral buildings and neighborhoods"
On June 17th 2024, the fourth Masterclass “Design carbon-neutral buildings and neighborhoods” took place at Bocconi University. The Masterclass presented innovative solutions, technologies, green protocols and standards to quantify and boost carbon neutrality in buildings and neighbourhoods. The Masterclass provided a complete overview of approaches to foster integrated planning and design of buildings and communities, highlighting the importance of green certifications for improving energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions in the building chain. Successful international case studies of neighbourhood-level interventions were finally presented. Participants at the fourth Masterclass provided interesting points for discussion by engaging with the experts:
