Creating Social Value through Urban Regeneration - SUR Lab annual workshop

The SUR Lab is proud to invite you to its annual workshop, a key moment for dialogue and reflection around key challenges and opportunities of urban regeneration. 

This year’s theme, "Creating Social Value through Urban Regeneration", puts the spotlight on how urban regeneration projects can generate measurable benefits for communities, from environmental quality and accessibility to public health and social cohesion.

At the heart of the event is the presentation of SUR Lab’s annual position paper, which examines methodologies and tools to assess the social value of urban redevelopment. 

Another major moment of the event will be the presentation of the ESG Urban Track, a new evaluation tool for urban regeneration projects developed by SUR Lab within the framework of MUSA – Spoke 1. 

The workshop will bring together city leaders, private developers, institutional investors, and international experts to discuss how public and private actors can align around shared value creation.
