THE TERRITORIALIZATION OF THE AGENDA 2030 AND URBAN LOW CARBON TRANSITION
Halfway the UN Agenda 2030 implementation, it has become increasingly clear that cities play a significant role in the SDGs' achievement and in climate mitigation and adaptation. The event will spotlight the strategies and policies that cities can implement to align with the UN Agenda 2030 goals, also showcasing their progress in reducing CO2 emissions to attain carbon neutrality and enhancing local resilience. The "National Guidelines for the Urban Agenda for Sustainable Development" elaborated by the Italian Ministry of Environment and Energy Security in collaboration with Bocconi University will be presented.
