SUR Lab at RICS Italia Conference 2026: Shaping the Cities of the Future

The SUR Lab is pleased to share that Prof. Edoardo Croci, SUR Lab Director, Bocconi University, will participate as a speaker at the RICS Italia Conference 2026.

The conference, “Innovation in Real Estate – Dalle Città alle Professioni”, will be held on 24 February 2026 at the Auditorium Banco BPM in Milan.

Prof. Croci will join the panel “Cities of the Future” (10:40–11:20), alongside leading international experts, to discuss the evolving role of cities in driving sustainable growth, resilience, and innovation in the real estate sector.

His contribution will focus on sustainable urban regeneration, climate-oriented investment strategies, and the integration of smart city solutions into real estate development.

The event gathers representatives from financial institutions, academia, and industry to explore how innovation and sustainability are reshaping cities and professional practices across the sector.
